oddly enough....this was originally a long range bpe gun. I just spoke with H&H. It left the factory in he spring of 1896. Sighted with 1 standing leaf and 3 folding, 100-400 yards, 500-1000 yard tangent sight and chambered in the .450 #2 musket cartridge. I'm still thinking .375 flanged magnum......

#2 Musket is a very nice cartridge too - my BP favourite, actually!
