Very nice, I have a 20ga in the works. I really like the color of your wood. What did you use to get it? Larry

Beautiful gun. Your project got me thinking that maybe someone else would like to do something like it. There's a 12 ga AH Fox grade one at a pawn shop near me. Needs both stock and fore end. No case color and engraving is worn, but there. Barrels looked good. Gun isn't tight, but isn't loose either. Buy in cost is about half of what you started with. I dont' have anything to do with the gun or shop, but if you would like info, you can call me. I get to see it every Tuesday when I'm in Hermiston Oregon. 509-302-2076

My opinion fwiw
Pros: engraviing on the receiver, wood colour and finish, casing colours, checkering Cons; slab sawn stock, stock shaping looks like older Winch pump not a Fox, not enough guard engraving, should haave ussed a regular black butt plate or period type pad

Wow, how many custom Foxes do we have on this board, Chuck has a beauty, Mike and, I think, Don has a nice one, Slivers just to mention a few. That sleek little Fox frame lends itself perfectly for some serious custom work!!!!

Yea that's right Sam, Steve just had some pics up of it not to long ago!! I propose either a contest or a shoot off of all the custom Foxes we have here on this board!! The shoot would be, maybe some birds over dogs at a neutral site, how about Michigan in April that Destry was talking about?? Just another hair brained scheme of mine!!!

Would it involve pink slips like we used to do with our hotrods?
