I never did give nuthin to the Tin Man, that he didn't--didn't already have. Makes me think of Ralphy's little brother in a snowsuit from Gene Shepherd's Chicago "Chistmas Story".

Jack,
I understand why the tin man moves a bit stiffly now. Bobby McGee would be better off with Gortex.

Tinker's stunning pic of the engraved hammergun on the other thread got me wondering if I could do an oblique lighting pic with just the onboard camera flash on my point-n-shoot. I moved the gun next to the white closet door about 3 ft away. The gun is angled about 45 deg from the door and I shot about paralell to the door with the little mirror straight up and down and angled right to the door about 45 deg. This is all I could get since the light tends to disperse around the room a bit. Still not bad. Please excuse the focus since this was handheld and I shut the lights in the room off first.

I know wha'chur thinkin; 'did he buy a one barrel gun or two? Well in all the excitement I can't remember myself.

It's that '60-'61 mfr'd, 2 bbl (26/28), 20ga, that I did the butt transplant on. I still need to drill that drawbolt hole. Maybe this week.
