One in the same and on early joined tubes, especially London proved(London ceased to make tubes circa 1870 I think) ones imported into the Bohemian & Germanic areas, the mark is very low on the flats and is sometimes all but worked to shallow depth as far as the stamp. Steven kindly provided the definition and I think the 1989 rules picked it up again? Just guessing, but your tubes look to have been independently sourced and joined by whatever maker with the mark that high on each tube. To whom do the tubes belong?
