RHD, please excuse me if I hi-jack y'r good words to cite a few points. They are right in line with the limited window of opportunity we now have before us, as a community.

Activists needed, writers needed, people who will put their assets and time behind their declarations, are wanted:

Let Pelosi see the nat'l mall full of gun owners from one end to the other. It won't happen without people like us supplying more than sentiments and electron woids.

Get over there to that site and register, and then drag a buddy over. Find a niche that you can 'do' with y'r talents. There's lots of vols needed.

I can tell ya this: when the Auntie Gungrabber bills head for a vote, the work that could have been put into a preventative flexing of people power, will seem in retrospect like it was an inexpensive bargain, compared to the uphill fight we'll have AFTER that legislation gets passed.

And,yes: it will get passed. Unless the price for doing so is shown by the numbers, in advance, to be so steep as to amount to voting oneself out of office. That WAS noticed a few elections, ago, BUT that was then and this is now -- with a much tougher Auntie crew aboard the ship of state.

The Aunties don't care if takes another thirty years, they are going to ban civilian gun ownership. Don't think so? OK, go over to the 2ND Amendment march, sign in, and convince them to just fuggeddabout the whole thing. It's unnecessary and the gov't is going to 'allow' us to keep some guns under their conditions: right? Put y'r beliefs right out there, and defend them, as a gunowner.

And do it right there on a board that is gearing up to convince a bunch of politicians of some facts, upon which you may ride the free coat tails and say "I told you so." Get y'r disinterest and inactivity on record, ya know?
