I bought a Browning 525 16ga. with 32 inch barrels from a dealer in Wisc. I had him ship it second day air and it seems it is now missing. If anybody in the Louisville area comes across a 525 16 with 32 inch barrels for a bargin it is probably mine.
The lowlife that stold it probably only got a few hundred for it and used it for his drug habit.
Frustated you bet.
Regards, Gordon

16ga o/u with 32" tubes sounds wonderful. lets hope unlike original 'bo whoop' it eventually finds it's way into rightful owners embrace.

IMO It would be a good idea to post the serial # so those of us who regularly attend gun shows can check any we see for sale. Jim

Hopefully it is only lost for now and will eventually show up. Did it ship registered mail?

Gordon, I bought a Tobin from Canada once. It got hung up in customs for months and the seller went on vacation for a month and forgot to notify me. I was sure that I got ripped off. I didn't, the gun finally came 14 months later. So I know what you're going through and I hope that you have the same result that I did in the end. Good luck.

Thank you one and all. The dealer told me that UPS told him that the package had been opened. I will get the s/n and post it on tuesday when I talk to the dealer.
I woulden't use UPS myself but I didn't think I should try to tell a guy how to run his business. If I ever have a gun shipped again it will gu by usps regestered mail. There are even ways for thieves to get around that form. I shot with a guy that has 35 years with the usps and he told me that if it is handeled by humans there is chance it can get stolen.
Regards Gordon

I'd be talking to UPS myself.
