I just bought a Phila. Fox ca. 1905 A-grade 12-bore s/n 262 that's pretty nice, and most people would have a hard time figuring out that it's not a Parker VH. I'll have it at Hidden Hollow. I understand Phila. Foxes are rare in so far as very few were made. Visually it's every bit the quality of the comparable-grade Parker. Why Ansley went head-to-head with a dead ringer against the 800 pound gorilla is a puzzlement.
Meanwhile, I've been able to convert my Word 2007 to an earlier program (1997-2003) that seems to solve the open/downloading problem for some people. If all else fails I send a hard copy. EDM
