I know it will work fine. A decade or so ago, Russ, Oscar and a couple of other folks walked me through making 10-12ga adapters from brass. I actually turned down a pair of Ballard cases to make mine.

They have no rim and the 12ga hulls are extracted just fine. I have used them in three different 10ga's without any issues.

At the time that I made them, I posted step by step the instructions given to me and the pictures I had taken. Coincidently, this morning while looking in my transferred files on my computer, I found that very post archived with the pictures.

I could post them, but jOey would have to kiss my a** before that would happen.
