I don't like the pad or the case it comes with, but I do like the sophisticated ball hinge and forend release button. I will have to sit this one out as I know next to nothing on this make.

What is interesting, to me at least, is the diamond mark on the barrel. I had assumed for a long time, this to be the trade mark of SB&Co. But, the more I see it, the less convinced I am about that. The BE looks like an after thought by the "upgrader".  Pete

Ted Unfortunately for the widow most of us won't touch a mixed numbers gun that has also been further"enhanced". I agree that this will probably lapse again. jim

Penthouse wouldn't print the replies this guy sent in response to inquiries on this gun. This is like trying to sell a 4th grader's crayon rendition of the Mona Lisa as the original. A poor widow,I don't know much about guns, reputable dealer says "great gun". Sometimes there is no shame.
