I've been shoting a "New-To Me" 1948 Husqvarna 12 ga. hammerless Model 610 for the past several months, and been very pleased with it. Mine had/has 12/70 chambers and handles factory 2-3/4" shells just fine. Chokes were F&F, but I had the right barrel opened to IC; and added a rubber recoil pad.

Simpson Ltd. brought in a large group of these SxS HUSKIES early this year, and some were sold by Cabela in the $500 range.

I think mine has a Sauer-built action with swedish barrels.
