Sorry I missed the obvious difference. The original question assumed that linners were tig welded. I incorrectly transposed this to mean sleeving...possibly it was the tig welding that threw me off. The original statement led one to believe the person asking direction thought the English produced the best results. This may or may not be the case. In my opinion if you believe they (British) do in fact provide a superior job then you should use them. Only then will you have 1/2 the experience you need to judge your belief.
