JMHO........I think thats a bit much. I think maybe 2k - 2.5k should get it. But what do I know, I'm still looking for 1 frame barrels any gauge. Can't find'em anywhere!
Cheers,

A lot will depend on the condition, of which we know little. But a two barrel set with both sets being fluid steel with bright bores will be an attractive gun for enough people that the price will be getting up in the serious dollar range. Two barrel sets are relatively uncommon in Parkers, too. If I knew the stock had been cut to a 12" LOP and the gun was generally rough then I would lower my estimate but for now she stands.

I found a nice old damascus GH in 1 1/2 frame that shoots like a dream. I had almost a third of its case colors and Bill Scwarz of Ellijay, Ga. did a splendid job of rebrowning the barrels which ring like a church bell. As info: A number of these guns come out of N.H. and the NE states. I later acquired a P grade with a number 1 frame with twist barrels. It also is in fine condition. I regularly shoot both gun with RST ammo.

I've got to agree with GregSy on this. Definitely more than $3k and probably less than $4k. Sounds like a versatile, desirable shooter in average condition.

My observation is that asking prices haven't softened much, but guns are not moving as quickly as they used to and some are not moving at all because the sellers are living in the past.

I agree that it's a $3500 gun if unmolested, with matching serial numbers and fluid barrels. This assumes some case color and decent checkering.
