
The gunmaker seems that traded in the early XX century. This example has serial Nº 9904,it looks robust, proofed in Birmingham. It is a 12 Ga. with sideclips, ejectors, Southgate gas channels, DT not articulated, plainish wood. This one has a Belgian connection, it was engraved by H. Mahillon.
Baker´s "Heyday of the Shotgun" Apendix II, Gunmakers of the UK in 1900, does not show it. Cornell publications has a catalog from F.C. Scott from 1910. What was their market focus? Any relation with W&C Scott? Any idea of its current value?
