maybe Cabelas is overrating their FC Scott pricewise; but it looks better quality than our local FC Scott. The local one is most probably a pigeon gun geared for competition, the Cabelas one is a best gun marketed in London for the driven shooting gentry. As JC points out, the fences are better carved. Other small details are present, as the little striker channels in the ejectors, that are absent in the pigeon gun. All in all, the pigeon gun seems that was designed for the Continent, the barrels are sharp at 700 mm (In very good condition BTW). Perhaps we should get Cornell Publications catalogue for more info on the models they produced. Other views are welcomed.
