John senior claimed he worked for H&H for seventeen years before coming to America. I don't have him at H&H but he was listed as a gunmaker there so time will tell. I assumed (and you know what that does) that senior came here first and started with Hoffman in Cleveland then brought over the two sons to Ardmore, OK. Now it looks like John Jr. was first then the father then the other son. John Sr. opened a shop in Cleveland after Hoffman went under then moved to Kansas City and listed his business as John Wright & Son's but seems the sons were in Cleveland building cars. I got it right but was thinking the other Wright, so do two Wrights make me wrong?
