I'll bet all your neighbors wake up in the middle of the night...the wife is scared that she heard a noise. The husband just tells her to go back to sleep....it's just 'ol Jimmy W digging in the garbage again. There's a good chance they will soon leave a ham sandwich on a plate with a sugar cookie - don't take the bait because they will attempt to photograph you eating it.
As for Ryobi power tools, I put mine out in the garbage, too, and the sheetrock guy saw them and took them home. I hated to see him do that but then I figure he did it to himself.
