I've had a similar experience with William Larkin Morre as Drew. They were not very helpful in connecting me with their gunsmith to help fix a problem I have on another gun. I had hoped for more from them; however, they seemed focused on getting me to trade-in my double for a new gun from them. While I don't blame them for trying to sell their great guns, it was not what I needed or wanted to hear at the time. It left a bad taste that I'm slowly getting past.
