I'm one of those guys that likes to use a piece of aluminum rain gutter on a camp stove. It's worked for quite a few barrels now. I also found good advice at http://www.winrest.com. Their rust blue solution also works very well. Unlike some folks, I plug the bores of my guns with neoprene expansion plugs. It's not hard to do and it works quite well. Plus the bolts that stick out of each end are helpful for fishing the barrel out of the gutter/tank. Brent
