Here is a SxS cape gun that was sold back in 2003. The action looks very similar to the OU in the photos but there was no indication of the maker. We described it as 'Belgian'. The bores were 16 gauge x .44-40. Interesting gun.

Fascinating gun Geno. I've seen scores of Belgian side by sides and single barrels just like that in every way except for the barrel alignment. I've never seen one as an over/under. Most were .410 with a smattering of 28 bores. The Midland Gun Co. ones advertised were also Belgian. Later a few Spanish copies were available. Lagopus.....

Derringer Noris Twinny - double barreled o/u pistol by American Derringer Corp. in Texas. Looks like NORIS was Derringer one of trade marks.
But I have no idea how to connect American Derringer and Belgian gunmakers. Maybe to dig through patents?
It's interesting, but barrels on Noris Twinny pistol break up and it very looks like poacher gun.
