I am looking for nitro loads for 2-1/2" 28 gauge plastic shells.

I have a nice little English 28 gauge boxlock coming. It is nitro proofed for 5/8" loads. From Major Burrard I have black powder recipes for 9/16 oz (1-3/4 drams) and 5/8 oz (1-7/8 drams) but of course I can't get the English nitro powder they made 80 years ago. I want to use the nitro card, waxed fiber wads, and roll crimp with the nitro recipe.
