Is a non resident able to buy a gun in CT by just filling out the 4473 and getting the instant background check done? Or does CT require a Firearms ID card like NJ does, which effectively prohibits non residents from buying firearms in the state? Thanks. Silvers I AM SILVERS, NOT SLIVER = two different members. I'm in the northeast, the other member is in MT.
