Now, the Imperial Valley is getting to be like Orange County (just a lot hotter and less expensive), and Yuma is expanding the way Phoenix did 20 years ago. Go 30 miles east of Yuma and they are putting up shopping centers and motels. Gotta be the folks getting out of So Cal.
