I'm thinking of using the normal barrel liners from brownell's. I think I can set the liners "at an angle" in the bores to regulate (with wedges) then machine plugs for the chamber and muzzle (to concentricity) by measuring run out with an internal bore mic. Old school thought tells me to keep the bbls as long as possible (25" in this case) but a snappy little gun with 22" pipes intrigues me. What are your thoughts on separating the bbls and starting fresh? My only concern is getting in too deep...
