Boutique=Shop
Boutiquier=Shopkeeper
so,
Armurier-boutiquier="Gunshopkeeper".

We tend to think of "boutiques" as special shops, but... Also bear in mind I am
citing a 1890 catalague, so the language probably has had a bit of an evolution.
