I have a house story a lot like that. Only took my wife and I fifteen years to purchase it after the first time we began coveting it.

Jim my Brittanys have already started. That Joe Wood kept shooting rabbits while we were bird hunting and now they think they are game animals. Sitting pointed rabbits are all he can hit by the way.
