To get the stars, you must be extremely intellergent in the matter of firearms. Having a collection of fine firearms also helps, somewhat. You must have a fond likeness from several people on the board and prove yourself to be a man among men. Or, you can do what I did, just send everybody on the board twenty five bucks.
