My brother and I had a nice conversation with George Caswell at the Vegas show. We were interested in what happened to Philip Pilkington, but he didn't know either. Ottmar used to work with Pilkington a bit at Champlins but the last time I taked with him he didn't know where Pilkington was either.
George had many good things to say about Ottmar as does nearly everyone who ever met him. He was a first class person as well as a first class gunmaker. His ability to do so many different styles of stocks so well make him my one of my most favored stockmakers.
