I can only speak about the Franchi's from what I see. For every 100 Browning's, Beretta's et al in the target disciplines, I might see an occasional Franchi.
They just haven't been able to make much impact in a tough market. That said, they really seem to take a hit on the resale side also. I'd probably stay with the B's... Browning or Beretta.

Personally I can't handle the funky re-pads they install no matter how functional.
