That price is about as low as you will see for a 20 bore. Daryl

Baker have much smaller following than Smith or other makers have. Funny thing is that I have more Bakers than Smith in my gun room. But if that gun was a Smith, Fox or Parker you would have ten times the interest in it. A bout the only maker which gets less interest a times is Ithaca.

Back to your question about price. If it is a solid shooter that is a good price. You will not make much, if any money, on it when you sell it but you wont loose any money either. I have seen guns with more case color sell for that much money or slightly less. But hamburger is always on sale when you are not buying and never seems to be on sale when you are buying. Buy the gun, shoot it and have fun or let those who have expressed interest in it know where it is so some one else can have fun.

My 16-gauge Black Beauty Special Ejector has the LLH on the bottoms of both tubes. I also have the LLH on Ithaca, Lefever and Ansley H. Fox barrels, including my Fox single barrel trap.

I seem to recall that only the Folsom Bakers were made in 20 gauge, and that the total number of 20's was quite small. Is that correct?

Keith, I think you are correct.
