clayws Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 272 montana	Skitch, 'A NEUFCHATEL' is not a maker, it simply means 'in Neufchatel' (of which there are three in France, and must not be confused with 'Neuchatel' in Switzerland.) I believe you have left out part of whatever is stamped or engraved on the barrels or rib or action of your gun, which probably reads 'SO-AND-SO A NEUFCHATEL.' This person will be the retailer of the gun.
