Not familiar with this particular maker and hard to navigate the website ( no Deutche sprechen Zie). Do know of the nice Lothar Walther inserts and also the MCA adapters made here. The old Kreighoff shotgun/.22 adapter is a classic too.

I have handy friends that make their own adapters as well. Turns out the 9.3x74R shoots the 9mm Makarov perfectly with a chamber adapter..... so Glenn can terrorize the meerkat after rolling the warthog!
