Stamped on both lockplates-"Utica Special" looks like a L.C.Smith.Removed the plates, just like a L.C. except the cocking rods, while bell cranked, do not rotate,but push back to cock.30" barrels,extracter, serial number,and S30. No other marks. The barrel locks by an open extension,rotary bolt, and two under bites. Who made this one?
