Reportedly SIMPSON LTD in Illinois bought a large lot of older swedish shotguns two years ago, and imported into USA. Cabela's bought some of them. Simsons still has many listed on their site. All seem to be well made.
Supposedly Swedish hunters have to turn in an old shotgun when they buy a new one; and these were supposed to be the turn-ins.
I bought two of these (hammerless) and have been pleased. For whatever reason, most that I have seen were choked FULL and FULLER. I also had my chokes opened.
