I know a few people with horror stories, as I'm sure everyone does. I hope I never see the other side of things, but my experience has been good. I sent them a set of barrels and had thinwalls installed this past year, the work was great and I thought the service and turnaround were top-notch all the way. As a matter of fact, I emailed before sending my barrels to get some info, and they actually emailed me several days later saying they had NOT recieved my barrels and maybe I should track them...no one in this business has ever shown that kind of attentiveness to me in the past, and I appreciated it very much. I'll use them again if I have the occasion to.
