Seems to be lots of good info gathered into one spot. I was interested in the USPS shipping. http://losttarget.com/WtS

Interesting you should mention UPS. I suppose you sold that MT6 that I couldn't afford. Well I guess I will just have to get along without it. As regards UPS, I was at our local store the other day to do some stuff and was told by the manager that they would not accept guns for shippment. When I dug a little deeper it was reveled that UPS does not seem to care if I ship a gun from my place of business but they wont accept same at the store. I think it has a lot to do with the managment. Evidently the managers can make up thier own rules. At least that was the way it seemed to me.

hey, Jim
Actually that was USPS not UPS. I've had some differences with UPS in the past and I don't feel the need to avail myself of their services anymore. I'm not sure about that manager situation but I suspect that company policy is company policy and he might could stand to be corrected for losing some biz. Actually I still have the MT6 and maybe we could come to a mutually acceptable way for it to be yours. You have my email addy so if you have any thots on that ....
take care

Jim, as I understand it, UPS will not pick up a gun for shipment from your place of business. Nor will they accept one at a UPS store. You need to go to a UPS "depot" (not sure that's the correct term)--the place where all the brown trucks live. Company policy is that they will accept firearms for shipment. You may need to show them a copy of the addressee's FFL, however. I have never had a problem with UPS, either sending or receiving. But I've always sent from the same UPS depot.
