I've had some differences with UPS in the past and I don't feel the need to avail myself of their services anymore. I'm not sure about that manager situation but I suspect that company policy is company policy and he might could stand to be corrected for losing some biz. Actually I still have the MT6 and maybe we could come to a mutually acceptable way for it to be yours.
