I've purchased several gun cases from Jeff's, and some other stuff, too (oil bottle, cleaning rod, bore brush, etc). I had one problem - the combo lock on one of the cases didn't set properly. He sent me a UPS will-call, paid shipping both ways & fixed the problem. I'm totally satisfied.

The cases aren't the most fabulous, best-in-the-world quality, but I think they are very nice for the $$$.
