Tom Martin Sidelock Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 775 Likes: 1 SC	Dave, the gun you pictured and the gun in the lock patent drawing and the forend fastener drawing sure look like they started out as Baker doubles. I would think that the cocking system shown would require a lot of metal to be removed from the frame, and like the Tobin design, lead to off-face actions pretty quickly.
