That figure is, I feel, on the generous side and is retail out the door. You have shipping to add to the hammer price. Also, an internet auction must be judged a bit more risky than a hand-to-hand retail sale. So, one would expect some discount.
While I'd guess that this is a sound gun with a lot of "bang" left in it, I don't see it as a bargain (beware the alure of a price that sounds low)- priced about right. Also, note that there are plenty of similar guns in this price range; have a look at Holt's next auction.
