I glanced at the rifle the other day while looking at another they had for sale.
The adjustments on the rear sight and the tang sight base plugs use a clock key just like several German target rifles I have. So many of those rifles have several countries of origin. It would not surprise me to find that the action is Belgian with the finished rifle and sights coming from Germany.
