Ken!
That is some very nice work. I wish you were out here on the west coast. I have lurked here for a while. How old were you and how did you get into engraving?. I had a student show me a pocket watch today that was engraved. He thought it was nice. (cnc) I showed him some engraving of guns. He was impressed. It is always nice to see your work. Thanks for sharing.

See? Now do you believe me?

Ain't nobody what wears shoes could scratch a bobwhite that looks like that!

Very nice work. Well done James.

Ken, what is the best way to get in touch with you? I have been toying with the idea of customizing an AyA. Thanks.

Many greatful thanks for all the kind words --- makes me want to do better. I am easily reached by calling me at 910-221-5288 EST. You will find me in the shop seven days a week between 8:00AM and 10:00 PM. It is better if you call, more can be discussed quickly and many questions that normaly arise will be addressed.

I would like to give credit to Mr. Jim in regards to this LC. He told me he liked Quail and the species thereof. He also indicated the style of scroll work required. In other words, he was a big part of designing the commission. I am greatful to be blessed with such nice clients like Mr. Jim.

Thanks you all for being so nice and complimentary. Ken

Not only is Ken's work quite beautiful and his individual style is apparent.
Man oh man! I have to use a musical analogy; it's a higher level of artistry when you can play an instrument perfectly with a recognizable style and tone.
