This site has been TREMENDOUS help over the past with help from everyone. Wilhelm Greggor and Professor Gaddy were great inspirations. Hence, I'm back to the well of experience.
I've now reached the point where I'm going to need some help with several restoration projects. I've got everything from Elsies to several sidelock JABC's. I'm looking for some good (very cost effective) sources for the following:
1. Semi-inletting wood blanks for stock (as tight of tolerance as possible)
2. Color case hardening
I've looked at several sites and used sources such as Boyd's and Great American Gunstock (yikes) before. Thus was looking for "the new guy" to see what they had. These guns are to eventually end up as "donations" for charity shoots or Christmas presents to some deserving person.
Thanks in advance guys
Dan
