Out of production now, but still sometimes available, the Pietro Bernardelli Europa (or something like that). They were inexpensive when new and seem to have climbed in price, probably because they are nice handling and reasonably attractive guns that can shoot steel. Mine is 12 ga with 28" bbls, choke tubes, 3" chambers, straight grip with splinter f/e, DT, case color frame and oil finish wood, rolled "engraving." Made in Italy (and so stamped). Last ones were imported by Cape Outfitters, and Paul Crosnoe usually has one or knows where to find one. Only downsides are that extra choke tubes are almost impossible to find (came with IC/M/F), and the oil finish could use a couple more coats than the factory applied. Came in 12, 20 and 28 gauges. Have seen one with SST and PG.
I think some of the Fabarms doubles also meet your needs. Or, buy a BSS and have it tubed. Great guns.
