"Sicura" is Italian for Safety. "Acciaio Speciale Extra" is Extra Special Steel. As a rule, Italian makers regularly change sourcing for their barrels. This sounds generic enough that they be of Italian origin. Impossible to be sure without pictures, but is sounds like one of the top end guns.
There should be a date stamp on the watertable.
They may also simply have the date stamped. If the gun predates WWII, there may not be any records available.
