In May, you bought this gun without checkering on the forend and in July it was "...checkering is sharp. could have been redone. if so, long ago."

My first thought was to ask Dave to bar you from posting here because of your dishonest behavior. But, the more I think about it, it's probably a better service to the double gun community to let you stay.
