Hello,

I know my question is not SXS related, but I am already a member here and it is a reatively simple question.
When shooting my Remington Sportsman 58 20ga this weekend,
the extractor parted company.
I ordered an new plunger and extractor.
From what I can see and extrapolate, you insert the spring and plunger, fully depress the plunger and hook in the extractor.
The plunger keeps the extracter in place and to remove it you would depress the plunger fully and unhook the extractor.
Is that correct ?

Thanks
