I ma looking for a new home for my unique gun engraved by Max Bruehl. I have purchased this gun from Emil Facuna, barrel maker from Chicago in 1988. He was a good friend of mine and Max. More picture on request.

A beautiful Mauser, but I guess I need more slivovitz to keep up with this thread. Since my Polski is weak, I fed your posts through the Google Translation Sausage Maker, and this is what came out the other end:

<Jagermeister> "Mr. Ryszard This rifle is not jewelry. Unfortunately, even after rozszezeniu neck to the scale of 7.62x63 9mm will not fit into the chamber barrel caliber 9x63."

<Ryszard> "In the book "The Home Guide Cartrege Conversions" describes how to produce ammunition for this caliber. Lord sends an E-mail a copy of pages of this book. Sam did this league and I know that it is possible. When, therefore, it can shoot 35 rounds Whelen, which as we know the scale of 30.6 in May from the ball 0357. 35 Whelen cartridge is weaker than 9 x 63 because takes less dust. 9 x 63 has a shorter neck than the 35 Whelen."

Cheers,
Peconga

This is not my fault; the Jegermaste started all this Polish.

He writes:
This is not a hunting gun, this is a jewel. Unfortunately even if you expend the neck to 9mm from 7.62 x 63 it will not fit to a chamber of barrel caliber 9x63.

My response:
In the book “"The Home guide to cartridge conversions" is described method how to make ammunition for this caliber. I will send to your Email address copy of pages from this book. I have been making this ammunition and I know that this is possible. By the way, it is possible to shoot from this rifle 35 Whele, which as we all know have a case from 30/06 with a bullet 0.357. 35 Whelen is a weaker round then 9x63 because it takes less powder. 9x63 have a shorter neck than 35 Whelen.
