That was and is my opinion as well Randy based on what the photo shows with excessive chamber-cone grinding and the lack of wall thickness at the cone junction............

The seller probably did not disclose that the chambers had been butchered when you bought the gun, as so many do today, otherwise you would not have bought it.......?.........If you were shooting STS, then did it have 2.75" damascus chambers that you knew about......?.........
