This tool will easily remove the firing pin recess sleeves after soaking in the appropriate oil.....
Available at most 'bearing houses'--'good tool outlets' and available in multiple sizes
and adjustable..... The good brands (Proto U.S.A.) are hardened and last a long time. Made initially for snap rings on bearing keepers and shafts, etc........
Since you have the action stripped already.....suggest you
submerge the action in a jar filled with your choice of oil for at least 24 hours and they should come out easy enough............
