I've used a bunch of Decelerators, and like them. They just flat work. The soft rubber really absorbs recoil, but they won't deform while sitting in the safe like some of the other "wonder" pads. You do have to use a little extra care when grinding not to get them too hot. Sorry I don't have a better picture, but here's the red one on my .45-70 high wall.
